Writing another review as my old one has weirdly gone missing 🤨 I was originally gifted a shoulder bag for my birthday and loved it! Wanted a waterproof bag for uni so got this one. You might notice that the interior isn't in the pikitia - that's intentional. After a few days the open pockets' lining had separated from the leather edge, and after a few months the zip pocket was completely torn - above the zip from the overall lining and in the corners inside the pockets. All these tears had intense fraying too. I hadn't been using it for anything overly heavy, just a tablet and a 500ml drink bottle. I had also bought a crossbody purse for my mum and the strap had snapped away. I was super bummed out by this, I love supporting pakihi Māori and of course, spent a lot of money on this bag. I had to spend even more to get it repaired at the cobbler who did an excellent job sewing in a full replacement and reattaching the strap.

I love my bag. Take it everywhere with me and people ask where did i get it from. Will be back to purchase again real soon. You have made it easier for us to shop with you guys because of the payment options. Thamk you so much.

Beautiful bag but...

It could of been packaged in a beautiful box instead of just a plastic bag and then sent in a plastic post bag, it could have easily been sliced open if it came into contact with a sharp object. The bag itself is gorgeous, great quality, however I chose the express shipping and it still took weeks to arrive to Nz, they also took forever to send a confirmation email. Sooo, maybe yous could send the bags in a more protective packaging instead of a just some flimsy plastic bag, especially for the price you pay for them etc. But yeah, the bag is absolutely gorgeous!!

Pretty stoked

It arrived and I loved it but straight away noticed an odour about the bag. I emailed LEyes and they offered an exchange and information that the bag is oiled with fish oil and that the smell would subside. I decided to keep the bag and 3 weeks later it smells all good! Wrapt with the service.. communication and the bag.. I will return for more purchases
